Protein Hydrolysate is the mixture of amino acids prepared by splitting a protein with acid, alkali, or enzyme. It provides the nutritive equivalent of the original material in the form of its constituent amino acids and are used as nutrient and fluid replenishes in special diets.
Titan Biotech’s Protein hydrolysate is available in two forms that is casein (liquid & powder both) and Soya (liquid & powder both) of different concentrations. The basic difference between casein and soya protein hydrolysate is that protein hydrolysate(casein) is extracted from milk and protein hydrolysate(soya) is extracted from soya.
